The first batches of reissue K-9 wheels we did came in some amazing wild swirl colours. Some say they lasted longer than coloured wheels. Maybe something about not having pigments added gave them a differnt feel. As wild and as bright as the 1980’s were, when it came to wheels back then, like many pro riders, natural white was my weapon of choicve.
